Mr. Sarangi, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, grievance of his client is covered by order dated 11th January, 2022

passed by this Bench in W.P.(C) no.75 of 2022 (Manoranjan Singh v. Collector, Jajpur and others).

Mr. Panda, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of opposite party no.1 and submits, the writ petition is not

maintainable against opposite parties nos.2 and 3.

It appears direction order dated 11th January, 2022 (supra) was made on opposite party no.1 (Collector, Jajpur). Mr. Sarangi submits, direction in

said order has already been complied with.

The writ petition is covered by said order dated 11th January, 2022. Petitioner will make fresh representation to opposite party no.1 enclosing copy

of earlier representation dated 30th December, 2021 and this order. Said opposite party will deal with and dispose of the representation within three

weeks of communication. Decision must be made known to petitioner within that time.

The writ petition is disposed of.
