Judgment

The applicant joined the service of Kendriya Vidhyala Sangathan (KVS) as TGT (Hindi) in the year 2019. He was promoted to the post of PGT. At that time, he was working at Churu, Rajasthan, but was posted on promotion to an institution at Devlali, Nasik. The applicant states that he made a representation on 30.12.2019, with a request to change the place of posting to places such as Nasirabad, Sirsa or any other nearby station. His grievance is that though requests in respect of other employees, who too, were promoted, were considered, his request is not being considered.
Heard Shri Yogesh Sharma, learned counsel for applicant and Shri S. Rajappa, learned counsel for respondents, at the stage of admission.
At a time the applicant was working at Churu, he was promoted to the post of PGT and was posted to an Institution at Devlali, Nasik. Promptly enough, he joined there, but made a representation to change the place of his posting. The representation needs to be examined with reference to the facts mentioned therein as well as the actual situation obtaining in the organization.
We therefore, dispose of the OA directing the respondents to pass orders on the representation dated 30.12.2019, submitted by the applicant, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
There shall be no orders as to costs.
