This second application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in the shape of criminal appeal under Section 14-A of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, has been filed on behalf of the appellant seeking bail in connection with Crime No.157/2021 registered at Police Station Shahpur District Rewa, for the offence punishable under Sections 294, 354,354(B),509,342,34 of IPC and Section 3(1((w)(i), 3(1)(W)(ii), 3(1)(B), 3(1)(D), 3(2)(5A) of SC/ST Act and Section 6 of Indecent Representation of Women(Prohibition) Act and under Section 67 of the IT Act.
Appellant's first application was dismissed on merit vide order dated 12/01/2022. From the averments made in the application and arguments made by counsel for appellant, it appears that there is no change in circumstances, therefore, at this stage, I am not inclined to grant bail to the appellant.
Accordingly, the same is hereby dismissed.
