For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. Delay in refilling the writ petition is condoned.

Notice. Mr. Virender Singh Kanwar, learned counsel, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents.
With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matter is heard at this stage.
Petitioner seeks applicability of Suresh Kumar and others Vs. Himachal Road Transport Corporation and another[O.A. No. 797 of 2016 decided on 10.12.2018] . Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in this regard, petitioner has preferred a representation dated 10.03.2025 (Annexure P-5) to the respondent/ Competent Authority. Learned counsel urther submits that the petitioner would be content in case the respondent /Competent Authority is direc ed o decide the aforesaid representation within a fixed time schedule. Learned counsel for the respondents is not averse to this prayer.
Having regard to the afore-submissions, but without examining the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent/ Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 10.3.2025 (Annexure P-5) in accordance with law and keeping in view the aforesaid decision, within a period of six weeks from today. The decision so arrived at shall also be communicated to the petitioner.
The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
