Heard learned counsel for the petitioner learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant.

Learned counsel Mr. S.S. Dash has filed vakalatnama on behalf of the informant. The same is taken on record. Name of Mr. S.S. Dash be indicated in the brief, in the cause list as well as in the web portal of this Court.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with G.R. Case No.04 of 2021, pending before the Court of the learned Special Judge-cum-Additional Sessions Judge, Paralakhemundi, Gajapati, arising out of Mohana P.S. Case No.19 of 2021, for commission of alleged offences under Sections 363/366/376-DA/506 of IPC read with Section 6 of POCSO Act.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-Special Judge, Paralakhemundi by order dated 24.01.2023 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account the progress in trial, this Court is not inclined to entertain the bail application at this stage.

Learned Court is called upon to expedite the trial and make an endeavor to conclude the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order.

It shall be incumbent upon the petitioner to produce the copy of this order before the learned Court in seisin.

7.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
