It appears an inadvertent typographical error has crept in in the cause list regarding the name of the learned counsel for the petitioner. Name of Mr. Manoj Kumar Khuntia be corrected and name of Mr. Manoj Kumar Mohanty be indicated in the cause list.
Though the matter has been listed in the category ‘after notice admission’, on perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal it is indicated that the matter was never taken up for admission after it was presented on 19. 6.2019.
The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 1. 02.2022 after the Original Application was transferred upon abolition of the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack.
Heard Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Issue notice on admission indicating that the matter is likely to be disposed of at the stage of admission.
