The petitioner, who is working as a Forest Guard, in Parara Beat, Parara Block of Renukaji Range and is under transfer to Kajwa Beat, Haripurdhar Block, Sangrah Range, has come up before this Court seeking cancellation of the impugned order of transfer Annexure P-1.
Notice. Ms. Rita Goswami, learned Additional Advocate General appears and waives service of notice on behalf of respondents No.1 and 2.
In view of the nature of the order, we propose to pass, no response is required from the respondents.
Given the factual matrix of the case, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the first respondent, within one week, in accordance with the transfer policy. On receipt of such representation, the said respondent shall decide the same, in the light of the transfer policy occupying the field, and pass appropriate orders within two weeks. Subject to filing of representation within the time-frame mentioned above, the operation of impugned order Annexure P-1 shall remain stayed, till the decision of the representation. Pending application(s), if any, are closed.
