Petitioner has preferred this writ petition to direct the respondents to consider his case for promotion on the post of Lecturer Sanskrit as private respondents have been granted promotion.
The petitioner is an upper division teacher and posted at Government Middle School, Gunsari, Block Development Takhatpur, Distt. Bilaspur.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition may be disposed of directing respondent No. 1 that he may decide the petitioner's representation Annexure P-7 within a stipulated period.
Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by counsel for the petitioner, instant writ petition is disposed of with the direction that respondent No. 1 shall decide petitioner's representation Annexure P-7 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
It is made clear that this Court has not touched the merit of the case.
