By way of the present petition, the petitioner has prayed to release him on parole leave on the ground of financial assistance to the family members.

I have heard learned APP for the respondents and have also perused the documents produced along with the petition as well as considered the averments made in this petition including jail remarks. It is found out from the jail report that in past, the applicant was granted bail and his jail conduct is found to be good. Therefore considering the grounds mentioned and the averments made in the petition, the present petition deserves to be allowed.

Therefore, the present petition stands allowed partly. The petitioner prisoner is ordered to be released on parole leave for a period of 2 (Two) Weeks from the date of his actual release, on executing personal bond of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) before the Jail authority and on usual terms and conditions as may be imposed by the Jail Authority.

The petitioner shall surrender before Jail Authority on completion of parole leave, without fail.

The present application stands allowed to the aforesaid extent. Registry to communicate the present order to the concerned jail authority.
