Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the issue involved in this writ petition has already been decided by this Court in case of Faguvaram Patel & others Vs. State of Chhattisgarh [WPS No. 3870 of 2021 (decided on 30.09.2022)], therefore, the present writ petition may be disposed of in the same terms.
In view of the above, the instant writ petition also deserves to be disposed of in terms of the judgment passed by this Court in case of Faguvaram Patel (supra).
Accordingly, the writ petition (s) stands disposed of.
