This writ petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:

(1) To issue a writ of Certiorari; or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, to quash Exhibit P2 and P8 orders.

(2) To issue a writ of Mandamus; or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to approve the appointment of the petitioner

as Part Time Urdu Teacher at AUP School, Palakode and disburse salary and other benefits due to the petitioner.

(3) To issue a writ of Mandamus; or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the 1st respondent to consider Exhibit P10 revision.

2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.

3.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was appointed as Part Time Urdu Teacher in the 4th respondent school on

17.02.2020. It is submitted that the approval for the appointment has been rejected. Aggrieved by the rejection of approval of appointment, the 4th

respondent Manager has approached the 1st respondent with Ext.P10 revision petition under Rule 8A of Chapter XIVA KER. It is submitted that the

revision petition is pending before the 1st respondent and that no orders have been passed thereon.

Having heard the learned Government Pleader also, I am of the opinion that the statutory revision petition preferred by the Manager is liable to be

considered in accordance with law. There will, accordingly, be a direction to the 1st respondent to take up, consider and pass orders on Ext.P10

revision petition submitted by the 4th respondent with notice to the petitioner as well as the 4th respondent and after hearing them through any

appropriate means including video conferencing. Orders shall be passed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this

judgment.

This writ petition is ordered accordingly.
