Kurian Joseph, C.J.—The writ petition is filed with the following prayers:

(i) That a writ in the nature of mandamus may kindly be issued thereby directing the Respondents to decide the representations made by the Petitioners to the Respondent No. 2 qua construction of Patwar Khanna at Methli, Sub Tehsil Nohra, District Sirmaur and the Respondent No. 2 be restrained from constructing the Patwar Khanna/building for revenue staff at Nihog forthwith for which Rs. 4.00 lacs have been sanctioned.

(ii) That the Respondent No. 2 further may kindly be directed to inspect the spot where the present Petitioner No. 1 is ready and willing to donate land more than 1 bigha for construction of Patwar Khanna instead of village Nihog and hear the public and thereafter pass an appropriate orders with regard to representation so that the amount which has been sanctioned for the construction may not be mis-utilized and the problem of general public would be solved effectively.

(iii) That after inspection, if the public at large want to construct the building at Methli, their request be considered and the Respondent No. 2 may kindly be directed to do so before submitting a detailed report after inspection and this Hon''ble court may pass appropriate order after knowing the pros and cons of the difficulties, hardships, inconveniences being faced by the general public at large.

It is seen that the Petitioners had represented the grievances before the second Respondent by way of Annexures P-1, P-2 and P-4. Reference is also invited to Annexure P-3, Resolution. There will be a direction to the second Respondent to look into the matter with notice to the Petitioners and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioners.

The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
