Ashutosh Mohunta, J.—The present petition has been filed for quashing F.I.R. No. 73 dated 19.3.1999 u/s 406/498-A/120-B I.P.C. registered at Police Station Kotwali Patiala.

Shri S.K. Garg Narwana, learned counsel for the petitioners, states that the trial Court has already acquitted all the accused in the present case and therefore, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.

In view of the statement made by Shri Garg, the present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
