The present bail application has been filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. on behalf of the petitioner who is in custody in connection with F.I.R. No. .I.R. No. 218/2019, Police Station Rayala, District Bhilwara, for the offences under Section 3/8, 5/8 of Rajasthan Bovine Animal (Prohibition of Slaughter and Temporary Execution or Regulation of Export) Act.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor. Perused the material available on record.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is not found on the spot. The charge-sheet in the matter has already been filed. The conclusion of trial will take sufficiently long time, therefore, it is prayed that the petitioner may be enlarged on bail.

The learned Public Prosecutor opposes the bail.
