Judgment
The issue brought in the writ petition was that consequent upon the land having been acquired under the Land Acquisition 1894, for the purpose of a Company, the Indian Oil Corporation a job be guaranteed to persons whose land had been acquired.
There is no statutory provision in the State that on acquisition of land the persons dispossessed as of right be guaranteed a job by the department or the statutory corporation on whose benefits the land had been acquired. In the circum stances that an acquisition follows com pensation, the learned judge declined to interfere on the writ petition.
This Court finds no error in the order of the learned judge so as to interfere with it by a letters patent appeal.
Dismissed.
