Satish Kumar Mittal, J.—Residents Welfare Association, Sector 6, Dharuhera, District Rewari, has filed the instant petition for issuing direction to the respondents to provide basic amenities and address the grievances of the residents of Sector 6, Dharuhera. In this regard, the petitioner Association submitted a representation dated 14.7.2011 (Annexure P-4) to the Estate Officer, HUDA, Rewari (respondent No.2). It is the case of the petitioner Association that till date, the aforesaid representation has not been considered by the respondents.

In view of the aforesaid facts, after hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, without issuing notice of motion as it will un-necessary delay the matter, we dispose of this petition with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the aforesaid representation dated 14.7.2011 (Annexure P-4) in accordance with law.
