A First Information Report has been lodged by respondent No.3, which has been registered as FIR/Case Crime No. 495 of 2017 under Section 306 of IPC, at Police Station Gangnahar, Roorkee, District- Haridwar against the petitioner. Apprehending his arrest, the petitioner has approached this Court for relief.
Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of offence, no interference is being called for by this Court in the matter.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands dismissed.
