After arguing the matter on merits for quite some time, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he wants to withdraw the present writ petition, however, prays that the District Collector, Jaisalmer be directed to decide the representation dated 30.09.2021 filed by the residents of village Mekuba.
In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
It is expected that the District Collector, Jaisalmer will consider and decide the representation dated 30.09.2021, if already not decided, expeditiously strictly in accordance with law.
