Ajay Kr. Tripathi, J.—Petitioner is one of 56 persons, who was identified after due verification of records by the district authorities and the State Government to have acquired the benefit of freedom fighter pension wrongly. Petitioner was given notice and after examining his show cause as well as due verification and the recommendation made by the State of Bihar, the respondent authorities in the Ministry of Home vide order dated 3rd August, 2004 ordered cancellation/withdrawal of the pension sanctioned to the petitioner. Two reasons have been assigned in the final order of cancellation and both the reasons are good enough reasons for the order in question. There is no occasion for this Court to examine the authenticity of the correctness of the reasoning by substituting its own wisdom based on what is being urged now by the petitioner. In so far as order of recovery is concerned the same shall not be enforced against the petitioner. There is no merit in this writ application, it is accordingly dismissed.
