Alok Singh, J.—This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 115, dated 05.08.2009, under Sections 420/465/467/468/471/120B IPC, registered at Police Station Sarabha Nagar, Ludhiana.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has been enlarged on bail pursuant to the directions issued by this Court dated 28.01.2011 and he has joined the investigation.

Learned Additional Advocate General, Punjab, on the instructions from ASI Dara Singh, who is present in person states that the Petitioner has joined the investigation.

Considering totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, present petition is allowed. Order dated 28.01.2011 is made absolute, subject to the limitations provided u/s 438(2) of the Code. Petitioner-accused shall participate in the investigation as and he is required.
