Narendra Nath Tiwari, J.—The Petitioner is an accused in the case registered for the offence under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case; there is no specific allegation of any overt act against the Petitioner; she is a lady; Petitioner is in custody since December,2010 without any cogent basis; Petitioner is a local permanent resident; there is no chance of her absconding.

Learned APP opposed the prayer for bail of the Petitioner and submitted that the Petitioner''s name transpired on the basis of confessional statement and some witnesses, who have heard, have confessed. However, he has not disputed the other contentions of learned Counsel for the Petitioner.

Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named Petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar in connection with Balumath P.S. case No. 119 of 2010, corresponding to G.R. No. 666 of 2010.
