Petitioner is resident of Village Bheogad, Post Office Bhagtola, Tehsil Someshwar, District Almora. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought following relief:
"I. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent authorities to construct/complete the motor road Darimkhola to Sakaniya Kot as per DPR which is sanctioned under PMGSY scheme."
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the road is not being constructed by respondent no. 4 as per sanctioned alignment and many areas of village are thereby not being connected with the road.
On 22.03.2021, learned counsel appearing for respondent nos. 3 & 4 was directed to get instructions in the matter. Today, based on written instructions, which are taken on record, learned counsel for respondent nos. 3 & 4 submits that concerned road is being constructed strictly as per sanctioned alignment and no deviation, whatsoever, has been made by the executing agency.
In such view of the matter, the writ petition is closed by taking the statement of learned counsel for respondent nos. 3 & 4 on record.
