The grievance of the petitioner is that, the petitioner in the instant case has been regularized for a period of two years vide order dated 15/10/2015 and though two years have already lapse, no order has further been passed by the respondents.
The counsel for the petitioner prays that an appropriate directions be given to the respondent No.2 in this regard.
Considered the representation made by the counsel for the petitioner seeking for confirmation of regularization.
At this juncture, without entering into the merits of the case, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if the petition is disposed off with a direction to the respondent No.2 to consider the case of the petitioner and to pass a suitable order in accordance with the rules governing service condition of the petitioner.
It is expected that the authorities would take a decision preferably within a period of 90 days.
The Writ Petition stands disposed off.
