This Contempt case is filed by the applicant alleging that the respondents have not implemented the Order dated 10.04.2019 passed in OA
No.1147/2019. The direction in the OA was to pass a speaking order on the representation dated 14.01.2019.

Today it is represented by learned counsel for the respondents that a speaking order was passed yesterday itself. With that, the order in the OA
