Learned counsel for the parties are present.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for time to file supplementary affidavit giving the details of the rent receipts which has been annexed along with the supplementary affidavit in a tabular form so that the respondents may respond to the same. He also undertakes to file typed copy of the documents annexed with the supplementary affidavit for consideration of this court.

The affidavit and the typed copies be filed by 15.02.2023.
