S. Siri Jagan, J.—The petitioner is a Part Time Sweeper in the Irrigation Department. Now the petitioner is working at Field Studies Circle, Thrissur. The petitioner claims regularisation in service. The petitioner submits that, by Ext.P6, the petitioner''s superior officer has recommenced to the Chief Engineer for such regularisation. The petitioner seeks a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the claim of the petitioner as recommended in Ext.P6, expeditiously.

I have heard the learned Government Pleader also.

Having heard both sides, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the 2nd respondent to take further steps as per Ext.P6 recommendation of the 3rd respondent and pass orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.
