The petitioner has been working as a Head Teacher at GPS Tikkri, Education Block Sangrah, District Sirmour, which is a hard and difficult area.

The younger daughter of the petitioner is studying in 10+2 and is unable to move from childhood and has undergone multiple operations at different

hospitals in the country. The representation made by the petitioner for his transfer is yet pending consideration before the respondents.

Therefore, in the given facts and circumstances, we dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide

the representation made by the petitioner on 22.10.2020 (Annexure P-3) within a period of two weeks from today. Pending miscellaneous

application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.

For compliance to come up on 07.12.2020.
