This is an application for vacation/modification of the order dated 04.09.2025 passed by this Court in the main petition.
Mr M. Goswami, learned Senior counsel assisted by Mr S.K. Raut, learned counsel has moved the application and submitted that the writ petitioner has an alternate efficacious remedy available and also that the order of the NCLT which had since been passed had addressed all the issues which are necessary for the matter.
However, learned Advocate General on behalf of the writ petitioner prays for and is allowed some accommodation to file a short reply to the application for vacation/modification of the order dated 04.09.2025.
Prayer is allowed.
List the matter on 26.09.2025 for admission hearing.
