This revision has been directed against the order dated 02.11.2011 vide which learned Sessions Judge, Mandi, has suspended the substantive sentence of the petitioner subject to his depositing `1,00,000/- and furnishing bond in the sum of `20,000/- with one surety of the like amount before the trial Court within a period of 30 days from the date of order. The trial Court has sentenced the petitioner u/s 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act to undergo simple imprisonment for one year and to pay fine of `5,000/- and in default of payment of fine to undergo simple imprisonment for three months and to pay compensation of ` 3,25,000/- for loss and damages suffered by the complainant. The lower Appellate Court has already granted much indulgence to the petitioner by directing him to deposit `1,00,000/- and furnish bond in the sum of `20,000/- with one surety of the like amount within a period of 30 days before the trial Court from the date of order. No order is required in the revision save and except that four weeks'' more time is granted to the petitioner from today to comply the impugned order dated 02.11.2011. The revision is dismissed subject to above modification in the order dated 02.11.2011. Cr.M.P. No. 941 of 2011 is also disposed of in view of disposal of main petition.
