A retired Foreman, who worked with the respondent- Himachal Road Transport Corporation till 31.7.2020, has come up before this Court seeking directions for release of his entire retiral dues including pension, gratuity (DCRG), leave encashment etc. along with interest.

Notice. Mr. V.B. Verma, learned Advocate, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of all the respondents.

Given the nature of the order, we propose to pass no written instructions/response is required to be filed from the respondents.

Mr. V.B. Verma, learned counsel for the respondents, under instructions, submits that all pending retiral dues of the petitioner shall be paid to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks.

Given above, we take on record the submissions of the learned counsel for the respondents and direct that the respondents shall pay the entire retiral dues along with statutory interest on the entire amount to the petitioner, on or before 31. 7.2021.

Accordingly, this petition shall stand disposed of along with pending application(s), if any.
