The limited grievance of the petitioner in the instant Writ Petition is that, though the petitioner has been appointed on the post of Siksha Karmi -

Grade-III on 03/08/1998 and till date the petitioner continues to discharge the duties of Siksha Karmi - Grade-III and though she has put in more than

20 years of service, but till date the petitioner has not been paid even the benefit of first Kramonnati that she is entitled for, though as per rules by now

she is entitled for two Kramonnatis.

Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has raised, let the petitioner file an appropriate representation to the respondents No. 3 & 4 within a

period of 2 weeks' from today and the respondents No. 3 & 4 shall immediately process the claim of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order

within a further period of 60 days from the date of receipt of representation.

It is made clear that, in case if it is found that, the petitioner is entitled for the benefit of Kramonnati, the same should be released forthwith without

any further delay inclusive of arrears also.

The Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed off.
