Arvind Singh Sangwan, J

The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No. 76 dated 21.06.2021, registered under Sections 379-B and 511 of the IPC at Police Station City Budhlada, District Mansa.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted the concession of regular bail on 04.08.2021 and was regularly attending the court proceedings, however, he could not appear before the trial Court on 21.03.2022 on account of noting down a wrong date and his bail/surety bonds have been cancelled and non-bailable warrants have been issued against him.

Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is ready to surrender before the trial Court and apply for grant of fresh bail.

Learned State counsel has not disputed the factual position.

In view of the same, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to petitioner to appear before the trial Court within a period of 15 days from today and on doing so, the trial Court will release him on regular bail, subject to his furnishing fresh bail/surety bonds to its satisfaction.

Till the time the petitioner appears before the trial Court, his arrest shall remain stayed.

However, this will be subject to a condition that petitioner will deposit a cost of Rs. 3,000/- with the District Legal Services Authority, Mansa.
