We have heard Mr. Deepak Dhane, the learned counsel for the appellants and Ms. Nidhi Singh, the learned counsel alongwith Ms. Kinjal Bhatt, the

learned counsel for the respondent through video conference.

The learned counsel for the appellants prays for and is allowed four weeks’ time to file rejoinder. Let the matter be listed on October 12, 2020.

Parties will seek instructions from the Registrar 48 hrs. before the date fixed on the issue whether the parties will be heard by the physical hearing

or by video conference depending upon the prevailing situation on that time.
