Four review applications have been filed against our order dated September 26, 2019 passed in Appeal No. 371 of 2017 and other connected appeals.

Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and the appellant who has appeared in person in Appeal No. 197 of 2018, we do not find any manifest error to reconsider our order. The review applications fails and are dismissed. Since the Recovery Officer has passed an order dated February 23, 2021 pursuant to our order, the Misc. Applications filed by the respondent for extension of time has become infructuous and are dismissed as such.

The present matter was heard through video conference due to Covid-19 pandemic. At this stage it is not possible to sign a copy of this order nor a certified copy of this order could be issued by the Registry. In these circumstances, this order will be digitally signed by the Private Secretary on behalf of the bench and all concerned parties are directed to act on the digitally signed copy of this order.
