the evidence affidavits were to be accepted subject to payment of cost of Rs. 5000/-. No one appears for R-1 even today.   Another
opportunity is given to R-1 to file evidence affidavit within one week from today subject to payment of cost of Rs. 5000/- in favour of opposite
side.  In case the evidence affidavit is not filed within the extended time, the matter shall be placed before Hon’ble Tribunal for appropriate
orders.   List the matter before this court on 28th April, 2021 for directions. Â
