Learned counsel for petitioner as well as respondent no. 2 are present. RP, Mr. Shamsher Bahadur Singh was served with notice and it was being reported that he is to attend the Tribunal on today but even after sufficient wait, he is not present.  Learned counsel, Mr. Diggaj Pathak mentioned that he was counsel appointed by the then management of company concerned and he is requesting for his discharge as presently, RP, Mr. Shamsher Bahadur Singh is looking after this litigation under his scheduled obligations.  This fact is not being disputed by counsel for the petitioner that Mr. Shamsher Bahadur Singh is RP for respondent company.

Under above circumstances, now Shri Pathak is being discharged.  Pleadings and evidences are said to be complete.

Let written arguments, if any, after exchange in between, be got filed by both sides with records of this Tribunal, within four weeks.
