Judgment
This writ petition is filed questioning the action of respondents in not including the extent of land admeasuring Ac.4-17 guntas in Sy.No.95 in Homanthalapally Village, Chinthapally Mandal, Nalgonda District (hereinafter referred as 'subject property') in the name of the petitioner in all revenue records and seeking a consequential direction to respondents to include the subject land in the name of the petitioner in all revenue records by issuing new pattedar pass book by considering petitioner's representation dated 12.01.2026 (Complaint No.NLGDC/E/2026/00258 dated 12.01.2026) given to 2nd respondent.
Brief facts of the case as stated in the affidavit are that the petitioner claims to be the owner and possessor of the subject property and there is no mention about the subject property either in the new pass book or old pass book, for which the petitioner had submitted an online application bearing No.2500124695 dated 06.09.2025 to the 3rd respondent in Bhu Bharati Portal to include the subject land into revenue records in the name of petitioner and issue pass book to that effect but, the said application was rejected/cancelled without giving any reasons or remarks. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for Revenue fairly submits that the said status in the Bhu Bharati Portal only shows as “Rejected/Cancelled” and subsequent to the cancellation of the application made by the petitioner, a separate endorsement would be sent to the applicant/petitioner with reasons for such cancellation/rejection and prays this Court to pass appropriate orders.
Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that as on date the petitioner has not received any such endorsement as submitted by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue and after receiving such endorsement he would take steps in challenging the same.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for Revenue and perused the material available on the record.
Having considered the above facts and circumstance, recording the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the respondent authorities to communicate the endorsement stating the reasons for cancellation/rejection of the petitioner's application dated 04.09.2025 within a period of (03) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications if any pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
