Ajay Rastogi, J.—Petitioner while serving as Teacher Gr.III since July, 2003 on being transferred within same district Jaipur vide order dt.26/09/2010, preferred appeal before the learned Tribunal, which while taking note of her contention has also observed in regard to disability of her son, it would be open for her to make representation afresh before the authority who will examine and consider the same sympathetically.

In view of the observations made by learned Tribunal while issuing notices but declining interim relief vide order dt. 28/10/2010, Petitioner has been granted liberty to submit representation afresh.

Without going into merits, however, taking note of observations made by learned Tribunal vide order dt.28/10/2010, this Court considers it appropriate to grant liberty to the Petitioner to make representation afresh pointing out her grievance and if such representation is made to the authority, it is expected from the authority to consider he grievance about disability of her son sympathetically in accordance with law.
