Applicant Sonu is in judicial custody in Case Crime No.1653 of 2022, under Section 304-B IPC, Police Station Kotwali Manglore, District Haridwar. He has sought his release on bail.

This is the second bail application. The first bail application, being BA1 No.1219 of 2023, was rejected on 05.03.2024.

Having considered, this Court does not see any new ground, which may entitle the applicant to bail. Accordingly, the bail application deserves to be rejected.
