In view of this submission and also looking to the fact that the respondent no. 1 and respondent no. 3 are staying within the jurisdiction of Marine Police, Kakinada (Urban) and respondent no. 3 Sarpavaram Police Station, Lalitha Nagar, Kakinada Police Station respectively, we hereby direct fresh notice upon respondent no. 1 to be served through the Head of Police Station, Marine Police Station, Kakinada (Urban) East Godavari Taluk, East Godavari district, Andhra Pradesh – 533001 and upon respondent no. 3 to be served through the Head of Police station, Sarpavaram Police Station, Lalitha Nagar, Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh - 533005. Dasti service to be served to the Head of the Police Stations.

Notice is made returnable by 30.5.2022.
