Both the Letters Patent Appeals have been filed challenging the interim orders dated 04.07.2025 and 20.08.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in C.W.J.C. No. 10369 of 2025.
Learned counsel submits that those orders were interim orders and in the meantime, final order has been passed in C.W.J.C. No. 10369 of 2025 on 11.11.2025 and the State of Bihar has challenged the same in L.P.A. No. 02 of 2026. Since the final order has been passed and it is challenged in L.P.A. No. 02 of 2026, the matter has become infructuous.
In view of such submission, both the Letters Patent Appeal Nos. 878 of 2025 and 974 of 2025 stand disposed of having become infructuous.
The interim order also stands vacated.
