Judgment
I heard Mr. M. Rarry, Ld. Addl. AG for the petitioner.
[2] The petitioner has filed this Criminal Petition seeking the prayers as follows:-
“In the above facts and circumstances it is humbly prayed that your Lordship’s be graciously pleased:-
i) To admit the present criminal petition.
ii) To quash and set aside the Order dated 27.10.2020 passed in Cril.Misc.(B) case No.77 of 2020 (Ref: FIR Case No.270 (5) 2012 IPS U/s
328/511/447/506/34/354/307/120 â€" B, IPC & 25 (1-B) Arms Act) passed by the Ld. Sessions Judge, Imphal-West and accordingly, cancel the bail
granted to the Respondent and direct Respondent to be arrested and committed to custody.
iii) Any other order/orders or directions as this Hon’ble High Court deems fit and proper be passed against the Respondent.â€
[3] The petitioner has filed this petition challenging the order dated 27.10.2020 in Cril.Misc.(B) Case No.77 of 2020 passed by the Ld. Sessions Judge,
Imphal West by granting bail to the respondent/accused.
 [4] Therefore, the Registry is directed to issue notice to the respondent returnable by 18.01.2021.
[5] Mr. Rarry, Ld. Addl. AG is also directed to take notice by way of registered post and dasti.
[6] Post the matter on 18.01.2021.
