The petitioner has challenged the transfer order dated 06.10.2020 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Market Committee, Hisar to Market Committee, Dharshul.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner continues to remain posted at Hisar for over 04 years in terms of the interim orders passed by this Court.

The petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation to respondent No.2 within two weeks for his posting in terms of the transfer policy. Respondent No.2 shall consider and decide the same within a period of 15 days thereafter. Till the representation is decided, the petitioner would be permitted to continue at the present place of posting.
