Believing, the statement made at the bar, by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that despite the transfer order, dated 06.10.2020, borne in Annexure P-1, remaining unimpugned, and, wherethrough, the, writ petitioner became transferred from Chopal to Sangrah, and, Shri Balbir Singh (respondent No. 5 herein) became transferred from Sangrah to Chopal, and, also despite Annexure P-3, unfolding that the writ petitioner, has handed over charge, of, Tehsil Welfare Officer, Chopal to one Shri Megh Ram, working thereat, as Junior Assistant, yet respondents No. 1 and 2 are not implementing, the, afore transfer order (Annexure P-1).
Consequently, given the afore made statement, at, the bar, by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, hence, the inaction of the respondents concerned, in not implementing the transfer order, is deprecated, and, the respondents concerned are directed to forthwith take the joining of the writ petitioner at Sangrah, and, also directed to relieve respondent No. 5, for enabling the former, to, join at Chopal.
Consequently, the afore order is made at the threshold, as no material has been placed on record by the respondents concerned that the transfer order, borne in Annexure P-1, is either impugned or has been set-aside, by a verdict recorded by this Court, rather, it emanates from the afore made statement, at the bar, by the learned Counsel, for, the petitioner.
In view of the above, the present petition stands disposed of, along, all pending applications.
