This is the habeas corpus petition which has been filed by the petitioner. According to the petitioner, a marriage between the petitioner and Ms.

Anuradha took place as per Hindu rites and ceremonies at Arya Samaj, Rudrapur, District Udham Singh Nagar on 26.04.2018, a certificate to this

effect has also been annexed by the petitioner, which is annexed as Annexure No.4 to the present petition. Thereafter, the parents of his wife are now

against their marriage and taken away his wife, who is presently detained against her wishes.

The Senior Superintendent of Police, Udham Singh Nagar is hereby directed to ensure the presence of the girl, namely, Ms. Anuradha before this

Court on the next date of listing, which is fixed for 19.06.2018. It is made clear that no coercive steps be taken by the Police and every logistical help

and assistance be provided to the girl who is to be accompanied here under the Police custody along with at least one Senior Lady Police Officer.

List this matter on 19.06.2018 in the daily cause list.

Registrar General of this Court is hereby directed to communicate a copy of this order to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Udham Singh Nagar

along with a copy of this writ petition for onward compliance.
