Kurian Joseph, J.—The petitioners have a grievance that the recovery made from their salary has not so far been remitted to the concerned financial institutions at whose instance the recovery was made. Once recovery is made, there is no justification is not remitting the same to the concerned institutions. Withholding the same would amount to misappropriation. Therefore, there will be a direction to the respondents to see that the entire recovery made are remitted to the concerned financial institutions within a period of one month from the date of production of a copy of this judgment. It is made clear that the respondents shall also grant interest at the rate of 12% per annum for the amounts recovered with effect from one month after the recovery. There will also be a further direction that the recovery made shall be remitted to the concerned institutions in the succeeding month itself.
