Judgment
Ajay Rastogi, J.—This is joint petition filed by nine Petitioners and Counsel submits that all the nine Petitioners were appointed on urgent temporary basis as Nurse Grade-II pursuant to short term advertisement dt. 09.09.2010 Under Rule 27 of the Rajasthan Medical and Health Subordinate Service Rules, 1965 vide order dt. 29.09.2010 and the same procedure was adopted by the Respondent while issuing advertisement on 18.01.2011 making appointments on urgent temporary basis andservices of the present Petitioners have been terminated who too were appointed in the same manner and by the same procedure which was adopted by the Respondent vide order dt. 29.03.2011 (Annx.6).
Heard. Admit. Issue notice of writ and stay petition. Notices may be given "dasti", if desired. PF and notices be filed within seven days failing which stay order shall automatically stand vacated without further reference to this Court.
In the meanwhile, operation of order dt.29.03.2011 qua present Petitioners shall remain stayed and they may be allowed to continue on the post of Nurse Grade-II which they were holding pursuant to their order of appointment dt.29.09.2010, till further orders.
