R.K. Merathia, J.—It is submitted that Parmeshwar Hazra and Mahendra Hazra, who were caught on chase after dacoity by the police and on whose confession looted money was recovered from the possession of the Petitioner, have been granted bail on 02/05/2011 vide B.A. No. 6266/2010; and that the age of the miscreants were 25 to 32 years whereas the Petitioner is aged about 60 years and both of his legs are damaged and he cannot walk frequently; and that he is in custody since 06/10/2010.

In view of the fact that Parmeshwar Hazra and Mahendra Hazra have been granted bail, the Petitioner, named above, is also directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamtara in connection with Narayanpur P.S. Case No. 20 of 2010, corresponding to G.R. No. 143 of 2010, subject to the conditions that one of the bailers will be his close relative and the other should have landed property within the local jurisdiction of the Court and he will appear personally before the court concerned regularly.
