The petitioner, who is working as Trained Graduate Teacher (Arts), in Government Senior Secondary School, Dadriyara, District Chamba, and is under transfer to Government Middle School, Maghara u/c Government Senior Secondary School, Saribasa, District Shimla, H.P., has come up before this Court seeking cancellation of the impugned order of transfer dated 25/26.03.2021, Annexure P-3.
Notice. Mr. Nand Lal Thakur, learned Additional Advocate General appears and accepts service of notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3.
In view of the nature of the order, we propose to pass, no response is required from the respondents.
Consequently, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make representation to the first respondent, within one week, in accordance with the transfer policy. On receipt of such representation, the said respondent shall decide the same, in the light of the transfer policy occupying the field, within one week. Till then, the impugned order of transfer dated 25/26.03.2021, Annexure P-3, shall remain stayed qua the petitioner, if he is not relieved as on today. Pending application(s), if any, are closed.
