Judgment
When the case is called out, there is no representation on behalf of the appellants. Cause list shows the name of learned senior counsel Mr. S. Deb for the appellants.
It is represented by Mr. S.M. Chakraborty, learned senior counsel assisted by Ms. M. Chakraborty, learned counsel appearing for the respondent, that when he took up this matter regarding today's hearing, Mr. S. Deb, learned senior counsel, intimated him that he is not appearing since he has no further instructions to appear in this matter in view of certain change in circumstances and in future also he will not be appearing in this matter. Mr. S.M. Chakraborty, learned senior counsel, expresses his doubt that in view of the change in the political scenario, the file may have been taken away by the appellants in order to engage some other counsel.
In view of the above circumstances, this Court directs the Registry to issue notice upon the appellants in order to make alternative arrangement for appearing in this matter.
